We’re thrilled to announce the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) recently named Crystal Anderson, MPH, VP, Client Partner Lead as one of its 2024 Rising Stars. Crystal joins a noteworthy group of healthcare professionals recognized for their leadership and significant contributions to their organization – all in the first 15 to 20 years of their career.

Crystal joined Reverba® in a patient-facing leadership role in 2019. In this capacity, she built fruitful patient, client, and agency-partner relationships while orchestrating patient engagements. Her dedicated patient experience background empowered Crystal to coach and mentor a growing team of eager patient engagement professionals. As a passionate leader in this space, Crystal now oversees a diverse portfolio of clients and account teams. With her unique blend of direct patient engagement experience and perspective at the forefront, Crystal’s approach continues to result in the successful initiation of novel engagements and patient recruitment efforts across a multitude of disease states.

Crystal is the consummate client services professional and the embodiment of a true leader. She is consistently viewed as the paragon of excellence by her peers and her direct reports. She exhibits a strong leadership presence in prioritizing collaborative, transparent solutions to complex challenges. Crystal instills accountability, respect, and kindness in her team and always champions for the right cause even if it may not be the easiest path forward.
