As a pioneer in patient engagement, Reverba wouldn’t be where it is today without a talented team of individuals in roles spanning the organization. Every so often, though, someone truly sets themselves apart as the kind of transformational leader that attracts the recognition of the healthcare industry at large.

Stephanie Hayes is that leader, and this year, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) is recognizing her for her meaningful contributions at Reverba and for moving the needle when it comes to the impact her biopharmaceutical clients make in people’s lives every day.

We’re so excited to announce that the HBA recently named Stephanie as one of its 2022 Rising Stars, a noteworthy group of healthcare professionals who contribute significantly to their organization in multiple areas and exemplify leadership – all in the first 15 to 20 years of their career.

Stephanie joined Reverba in 2015 and has made a lasting impression with numerous clients and teammates alike. Her vision and accountability are at the core of the value she provides for everyone she works with. These qualities have been essential since the onset of the pandemic, as Stephanie has played an integral role in helping her healthcare clients pivot to a patient engagement model that leans heavily on remote strategies and tactics to continue to amplify the power of personal health experiences.

As a working mother of two, Stephanie is no stranger to navigating situations with competing demands. What’s remarkable is how she does it with the kind of grace, humor, and tenacity that often belie the challenges before her. The understated excellence she exhibits sets the bar for those around her.

Stephanie’s extraordinary potential has never been a secret for those of us at Reverba, but this recognition by her peers in healthcare at the HBA is truly a proud moment for all of us.

Congratulations, Stephanie – this is well-deserved, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for you next.
